Minister Suharso Leads the Handover of the KORPRI Management Board for the 2023-2028 Period
Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Suharso Monoarfa attended and led the handover of the Republic of Indonesia Civil Service Corps Management Board (KORPRI) within the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, Wednesday (17/04/2024).
The handover was carried out symbolically from the KORPRI Management Board for the 2018-2023 period, led by Mr. Taufik Hanafi, to Mrs. Teni Widuriyanti, as Chair of the KORPRI Management Board for the 2023-2028 period.
The Minister expressed his gratitude to the KORPRI Management Board for the previous period for the service that had been carried out. The Minister also congratulated the new management.
In his speech, the Minister emphasized the importance of utilizing and developing the KORPRI organization.
According to him, these two things need to be done to maintain and increase solidarity, team spirit, professionalism, discipline and work ethic by adhering to core values, code of ethics, code of behavior, loyalty and devotion as ASN.
The Minister, who is also on the BRIN Steering Committee, expressed the urgency of replacing the KORPRI Management Board
“This is a form of refreshment to bring new enthusiasm to the KORPRI organization, as a forum for channeling aspirations and creating real work programs that are integrated and have an impact on ASN of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas,” he said.
As additional information, the Indonesian Civil Service Corps (KORPRI) is the only organization and forum for the gathering of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) which is an integral part of the Government.
KORPRI has a vision to create a strong, neutral, democratic organization, to build the esprit de corps (korsa) of employees of the Republic of Indonesia and improve the welfare of its members and their families.
