Electronic-Based Government System Index Score (SPBE) in Regencies/Cities in Indonesia
Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) have a crucial role in measuring the readiness and success of implementing information technology at the district/city level in Indonesia.
Analysis of the development of district/city SPBE Index scores from 2018 to 2022 provides an overview of the changes and improvement efforts made in implementing information technology at the local level.
In 2018, the district/city SPBE Index score reached 2.08, indicating a relatively good level of readiness in the use of information technology at the local level. However, in the following year, there was a slight decline with the score reaching 2.06 in 2019.
This decline may reflect challenges or obstacles in developing electronic-based government systems at the district/city level.
However, in 2020, there was a significant increase with the SPBE score reaching 2.45. This increase shows that there have been successful efforts to improve information technology infrastructure and capacity at the district/city level in Indonesia.
However, in 2021, there was a decline again with a score reaching 2.15. This decline may be caused by various factors, such as policy changes, budget constraints, or technical obstacles in implementing electronic-based government systems.
Even though there was a decline in the previous year, in 2022 there was a slight increase with the SPBE score reaching 2.22. This increase shows the continued commitment of the district/city government to continue to improve the quality of public services through the use of information technology.
Changes in district/city SPBE Index scores from year to year reflect the dynamics of change and improvement efforts made in implementing information technology at the local level.
Even though there have been challenges and obstacles along the way, the increase in SPBE scores from year to year shows a strong commitment to improving the quality of public services through the use of information technology at the district/city level in Indonesia.
